MemoHoney official website: a memory capsule, read line by line
MemoHoney is a dietary supplement in vegetable capsules, 30 to a bottle. The front of the bottle says "ADVANCED MEMORY SUPPORT*". Each of the seven label rows prints its amount in milligrams, so you can see what one capsule holds before you decide. No study has tested the product itself.

01What it is
What is MemoHoney?
MemoHoney (also typed Memo Honey) is a dietary supplement sold as vegetable capsules, 30 to a bottle, in a white bottle with a honey-gold band.
The front shows a hexagon logo, the name and the line "ADVANCED MEMORY SUPPORT*", plus three small icons labelled "FOCUS", "CLARITY" and "ENERGY". The Supplement Facts panel lists seven rows, and every row has an amount in milligrams (MemoHoney label).
It is a capsule of amino acids with a little niacin and calcium. It is not a drug. The FDA does not approve supplements for safety or effectiveness before they are sold (FDA 101 supplements), and the star after the claim leads to the FDA statement printed on the label.
This site belongs to Imemohoney, which describes itself as a "USA Authorized MemoHoney Retailer". It is not the maker. We earn money when you buy through our order links, so we put the label and the research first.

02Claims vs evidence
Does MemoHoney work for memory?
No study has tested MemoHoney, so nobody can say what it does for memory, focus, clarity or energy.
The studies of its amino acids used grams a day. One capsule holds 40 to 200 mg of each. In one small 2026 pilot, older adults with measured memory problems took 6.4 g of arginine a day for 30 days, and the placebo group improved too (Teotia 2026, oral arginine pilot). The capsule has 0.4 g of arginine across two rows.
A group of independent scientists found that supplements as a whole have not been shown to help brain health (GCBH 2019, supplements and brain). The National Institute on Aging does not recommend any supplement to prevent cognitive decline (NIA, Cognitive health and older adults).
Supplements like this are often sold with words such as "boosts nitric oxide" and "increases cerebral blood flow". The label of MemoHoney uses neither. Here are the common claims, and what the sources say.
Common claim“Improves memory and focus”NIA recommends no supplement for memory, the Cochrane review found no meaningful effect of vitamin and mineral strategies on decline, and no trial tested this capsule's amounts. (NIA, Cognitive health and older adults)(Rutjes 2018, Cochrane vitamins)
Common claim“Boosts nitric oxide”A 12-person study gave arginine by vein (500 mg per kg) and brain blood flow rose 9.5%; it ran no memory test and says nothing about 200 mg by mouth. (Reutens 1997, arginine cerebral flow)(Toda 2009, NO and brain blood flow)
Common claim“Targets the real causes of memory loss”NIA lists treatable contributors such as thyroid, kidney or liver problems, medicine side effects, depression, sleep problems and low vitamin B12. None is on the panel. (NIA, Memory problems and aging)(Lancet Commission 2024 (AE summary))
Common claim“Natural, so safe”Arginine can drop blood pressure too far with nitrates and ED medicines, and in one trial 6 of 153 heart-attack patients on arginine died, against none on placebo. (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine)(Schulman 2006, VINTAGE MI)
Label front“ADVANCED MEMORY SUPPORT*”A starred line. A supplement may describe an effect on normal body structure or function, but it must carry the FDA disclaimer; naming a disease such as dementia would make it a drug claim. (FDA structure/function claims)(FDA, Unproven Alzheimer products)
Name“MemoHoney” and honeyThe name is a brand. The seven panel rows list no honey, and honey-named supplements have been a warning sign in FDA notices on other products. (MemoHoney label)(FDA tainted sexual products)
Common question“Can it replace a medicine?”No. Do not stop or change a prescribed medicine because of a supplement. Memory problems that are new or getting worse need a clinician. (NIA, Memory problems and aging)(FDA 101 supplements)
Claims as commonly marketed for capsules like this, and the one line on the label front (MemoHoney label). Health claims in ads need competent and reliable scientific evidence (FTC health products guidance).
Keep your care plan
Never stop or change a prescribed medicine because you started a supplement. Memory problems that are new, getting worse or getting in the way of daily life need a clinician. Chest pain, fainting or trouble breathing means call 911. The full review is on the claims page.
Studies of these amino acids used about 1.5 to 12 g of arginine, 1.5 to 9 g of citrulline and 1.6 to 6.4 g of beta alanine a day (NIH ODS, exercise supplements)(ISSN beta-alanine stand). Next to the 6.4 g in the arginine pilot above, the label's 400 mg is about 6%. Flip the notes at the top of the page, or read the bars below.
Studies: 6.4 g a day in one memory pilot; up to 30 g a day for 90 days in a safety trial. Studies used about 16 to 75 times the label amount.(Teotia 2026, oral arginine pilot)(McNeal 2018, arginine 30 g safety)
Studies: 3 to 9 g a day in exercise and blood pressure trials; no memory trial found. Studies used about 15 to 45 times the label amount.(Chen 2016, BCAA arginine citrulline)(Trexler 2019, citrulline meta)
Studies: 1.6 to 6.4 g a day; ISSN says 4 to 6 g a day; no cognitive change in the one test found. Studies used about 40 to 160 times the label amount.(Hoffman 2014, beta-alanine soldiers)(ISSN beta-alanine stand)
Reference: 16 mg NE is the Daily Value; 35 mg a day is the upper limit for supplements. The label is 47% of the Daily Value and 21% of the upper limit for supplements.(NIH ODS, Niacin)
Reference: adults need about 1,000 mg a day from all sources; the cognition trial used 1,000 mg with vitamin D. The label is about 2% of what an adult man needs in a day.(NIH ODS, Calcium)(Rossom 2012, WHI calcium + D)
101001,00010,000 mg
Label amount per capsuleRange used in studiesReference level
Log scale: each gridline is ten times the one before. Studied ranges are daily amounts from the trials linked on each row; the arginine row compares the label's 400 mg (200 mg base plus 200 mg of an AKG extract) with arginine studies, and the citrulline row 200 mg (two forms) with citrulline studies. Niacin and calcium rows show reference levels, not study doses. A bar being far away does not mean the capsule is unsafe or useless; it means the study results cannot be borrowed for it.
Can you match each MemoHoney label row to its amount?
Yes, and it takes about a minute: match each label row to the amount printed beside it.
Flip two cards at a time. A pair is a row name and its amount, such as a vitamin and its milligrams. Each round deals three of five rows. A tap or the Enter key flips a card, and New round deals a fresh set.

L-Arginine (base)200 mg
L-Citrulline HCl100 mg
Beta Alanine40 mg
Niacin7.5 mg NE
Calcium18 mg
Amounts come from the Supplement Facts panel (MemoHoney label), per capsule. The two 200 mg arginine rows and the two 100 mg citrulline rows are left out so every card has one match. It is a game about reading a label, not a test of memory.
05The seven rows
What are the MemoHoney ingredients?
MemoHoney lists seven rows in five groups: L-arginine (two rows), L-citrulline (two rows), beta alanine, niacin and calcium.
The five amino acid rows add up to 640 mg a capsule. Niacin is a vitamin printed at 47% of the Daily Value, and calcium is a trace at 1.5% (NIH ODS, Niacin). The other ingredients are hypromellose (the vegetable capsule), vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide. The panel lists no honey.

06The bottle
What does the MemoHoney label say?
The label wrap carries the name MemoHoney, "ADVANCED MEMORY SUPPORT*", the words "DIETARY SUPPLEMENT" and 30 CAPSULES.
It also says the capsules are manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients, and it names INSTITUTO EXPERIENCE in Ogden, Utah as the distributor. It does not name the manufacturer. Tap a numbered dot to read that part of the label.
One (1) capsule daily with an 8 oz glass of water. For best results, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal with 8 oz of water, or as your healthcare professional directs.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light.
Caution
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition should consult a physician. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing.

Hexagon brain mark
A hexagon holding a brain drawn half in line and half in honeycomb. A logo, not a certification, and not an ingredient.
The name
MemoHoney in dark serif letters, the Honey half in gold. The word is a brand name: the Supplement Facts panel lists no honey.
ADVANCED MEMORY SUPPORT*
The one claim on the front. The star points to the FDA statement. It is the label's own line, not a promise of any result.
FOCUS, CLARITY, ENERGY
Three small icons with one word each. They are marketing labels, not measured results, and the Supplement Facts panel does not list them.
30 CAPSULES
The count: 30 capsules, which is 30 days at the label's one capsule a day. DIETARY SUPPLEMENT sits just below.
Supplement Facts
Serving size 1 capsule; 30 servings per container. Every amount in the panel is per capsule.
Niacin and calcium
Niacin 7.5 mg NE is 47% of the Daily Value; calcium 18 mg (as calcium carbonate) is 1.5%. These two have a Daily Value, so they show a percentage.
The five amino acid rows
L-Arginine (base) 200 mg, L-Arginine AKG 2:1 Extract 200 mg, L-Citrulline HCl 100 mg, L-Citrulline Malate 100 mg, Beta Alanine 40 mg. The two stars mean no Daily Value is established.
Other ingredients
Hypromellose (vegetable capsule), vegetable stearate, silicon dioxide: the capsule shell and a flow agent.
FDA statement
The statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
That depends on what you take. Arginine can lower blood pressure too far with nitrates, sildenafil-type medicines and blood pressure medicines, and it may add to blood thinners and diabetes medicines (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine).
The label says pregnant or nursing mothers, anyone under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition should consult a physician first. Answer the eight questions, then talk to your doctor or pharmacist before you order.
You can order MemoHoney with the order buttons on this site, which lead to the seller's checkout. We know of no store or marketplace listing.
A listing elsewhere may not be genuine, and it may not carry the money-back terms. Packs hold 2, 3 or 6 bottles, which is 60, 90 or 180 days at one capsule a day. The price, shipping and guarantee are shown at checkout, not on this site, so read the total there before you pay (MemoHoney sales site).
Pack sizes (2, 3 and 6 bottles) come from the seller's renders. We could not load the live checkout when this site was built, so no price, shipping charge or guarantee length is printed here: the checkout shows the final total (MemoHoney sales site). Days use the label's one capsule a day.
You need 3 bottles (90 capsules at one a day). The 3-bottle pack covers it. The price is shown at checkout.
A planning aid only. One bottle icon fills per bottle. Pack sizes are 2, 3 and 6 bottles; the checkout shows the price and the final total.
This site shows no MemoHoney reviews yet, because none has been matched to a real order.
The cards below are labelled slots. A name, rating or quote goes in only after the order desk matches it to a real order and the buyer agrees. The FTC bans fake and incentivized reviews (FTC fake reviews rule).

Night cook here. Mug, then the capsule. Names on Tuesday still get asked. Less often. I keep it on the washer. I take it after I feed the cat.

It depends on what you mean by legit. The product exists and its label prints every amount, with a distributor in Ogden, Utah. But no study tested it, the manufacturer is not named, and the FDA does not approve supplements before sale. Check the seal and lot code on your own bottle.
What is MemoHoney?
MemoHoney is a dietary supplement sold as vegetable capsules, 30 to a bottle. Its Supplement Facts panel lists seven rows: niacin, calcium, two forms of arginine, two forms of citrulline and beta alanine. The front says "ADVANCED MEMORY SUPPORT*". It is not a drug and does not treat any condition.
What are the MemoHoney ingredients?
Per capsule: niacin 7.5 mg NE, calcium 18 mg, L-arginine 200 mg, L-arginine AKG 2:1 extract 200 mg, L-citrulline HCl 100 mg, L-citrulline malate 100 mg and beta alanine 40 mg. Other ingredients are hypromellose, vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide. The label has no proprietary blend.
Does MemoHoney contain honey?
No honey is listed on the Supplement Facts panel or in the other ingredients. The name is a brand name, and the hexagon logo only draws a honeycomb. If honey or bee products matter to you for an allergy or a diet, read the panel on your own bottle.
Where to buy MemoHoney?
Use the order buttons on this site. They lead to the seller's checkout at mymemohoney.com, where the price, shipping and guarantee are printed. We know of no Amazon, Walmart or store listing, and a copy sold elsewhere may not be genuine.
What do MemoHoney reviews say?
We publish none yet. A review goes on this site only after it is matched to a real order, so the review cards show empty slots. Be wary of any page that prints star ratings and customer counts without saying where they come from.
How do I take MemoHoney?
The label says to take one capsule daily with an 8 oz glass of water, best 20 to 30 minutes before a meal or as your healthcare professional directs. Do not exceed the recommended dose, and ask your doctor first if you take any medicine.
Is MemoHoney FDA approved?
No. Dietary supplements are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety or effectiveness before they are sold. The label carries the FDA statement: the claims have not been evaluated, and the product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
