Adding it up
How many milligrams are in one MemoHoney capsule?
One MemoHoney capsule holds 640 mg of three amino acids, plus 7.5 mg NE of niacin and 18 mg of calcium.
The arithmetic is short: the two arginine rows add to 400 mg, the two citrulline rows to 200 mg, and beta alanine is 40 mg. That makes 640 mg. Over a 30-capsule bottle that is about 19.2 g of the three amino acids.
| Group | Rows | Per capsule |
|---|---|---|
| Arginine | Base + AKG 2:1 extract | 400 mg |
| Citrulline | HCl + malate | 200 mg |
| Beta alanine | One row | 40 mg |
| Niacin | One row | 7.5 mg NE |
| Calcium | One row | 18 mg |
The row amounts are the label's. For how they compare with research doses, see the formula page.
Blend or not
Is MemoHoney a proprietary blend?
No, MemoHoney is not a proprietary blend, because the panel prints a separate amount for each of the seven rows.
A blend lists one total for a group of ingredients and hides the split. Here you can see the split. That is a fair strength of this label, and it lets you compare each row with a study dose.
Under the panel the label lists the other ingredients: hypromellose (the vegetable capsule), vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide. A box below carries the FDA statement, tied to the star after "ADVANCED MEMORY SUPPORT*" on the front. No honey appears anywhere on the panel.
Directions on the label
What do the directions on the MemoHoney label say?
The directions say to take one capsule daily with an 8 oz glass of water, best 20 to 30 minutes before a meal, or as your healthcare professional directs.
The label does not name a time of day; that detail comes from the seller's note. It also says: do not exceed the recommended dose, store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light, keep out of reach of children, and do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. One bottle covers 30 days at this pace.

What does the MemoHoney label leave out?
The MemoHoney label leaves out the manufacturer's name, the form of niacin, the arginine content of the AKG extract and any third-party test.
Fourteen checks follow. Green items are printed, amber items are partly printed, and the red ones are not on the label. It is a reading aid, not a verdict.

Reading the numbers
What do the Daily Value numbers on the label mean?
A Daily Value (DV) percentage shows how much of a day's need one serving covers: niacin is 47% and calcium 1.5% on this label.
The 47% fits 7.5 mg NE against a 16 mg NE Daily Value. For the amino acids the label says a Daily Value is not established, so there is no percentage to read, and you compare milligrams instead (NIH ODS, Niacin). Calcium at 18 mg is a trace next to the roughly 1,000 mg adults need from all sources (NIH ODS, Calcium).
Match the safety seal, the panel and any lot code on your bottle. The lot references the seller gives, MH-26/IM-2825 and MH-2825-26-IM, are seller references, not lab proof.
Before you order
Is the MemoHoney label enough to judge safety?
No, a label shows what is inside but cannot tell you whether it suits your medicines or health.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first if you take nitrates, sildenafil-type medicines, blood pressure medicines, blood thinners or diabetes medicines, or if you have had a heart attack. Arginine can lower blood pressure too far or add to those medicines (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine). The label also asks pregnant or nursing mothers and anyone under 18 to consult a physician.
Keep taking prescribed medicine. Chest pain, fainting or trouble breathing: call 911. Problems can be reported to the FDA (FDA report a problem). Product detail continues on the ingredients page and in how to take it.
FAQ
MemoHoney label and supplement facts: common questions
What is on the MemoHoney supplement facts panel?
The panel gives a serving size of 1 capsule and 30 servings per container. It lists niacin 7.5 mg NE, calcium 18 mg, L-arginine 200 mg, L-arginine AKG 2:1 extract 200 mg, L-citrulline HCl 100 mg, L-citrulline malate 100 mg and beta alanine 40 mg.
Does the MemoHoney label list the milligrams?
Yes. All seven rows print an amount in milligrams, so the label is not a proprietary blend. Daily Value percentages appear only for niacin (47%) and calcium (1.5%), since none is established for the amino acids.
What are the other ingredients in MemoHoney?
The label lists hypromellose, which is the vegetable capsule, plus vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide. These are carriers and capsule materials, not active rows. No honey is listed on the panel or among them.
What does AKG 2:1 extract mean on the MemoHoney label?
AKG stands for alpha-ketoglutarate. The label prints 200 mg of the extract but does not say how much of that is arginine. So the total arginine on the panel is not fully known.
Where is MemoHoney made, according to the label?
The label says it is manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients and distributed by INSTITUTO EXPERIENCE in Ogden, Utah. It does not name the manufacturer or the factory, and it makes no GMP or FDA registration statement.
What does the star on ADVANCED MEMORY SUPPORT* mean?
The star points to the FDA statement printed on the label: the claims have not been evaluated by the FDA, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It is a required disclaimer, not an endorsement.
