How many MemoHoney capsules a day is the label dose?
The MemoHoney dosage on the label is one capsule a day, taken with an 8 oz glass of water (MemoHoney label).
For best results it suggests 20 to 30 minutes before a meal, or as your healthcare professional directs. It names no time of day.
A bottle holds 30 capsules and one serving is one capsule. So one bottle covers 30 days at the printed dose. The label closes the matter with one more line: do not exceed the recommended dose.
What one capsule holds
What does one capsule add up to, row by row?
One capsule adds up to 640 mg of amino acids, plus a small amount of niacin and calcium.
The panel prints every amount, so the arithmetic is easy. Both arginine rows give 400 mg. Both citrulline rows give 200 mg. Beta alanine adds 40 mg. Together that is 640 mg.

Against the studies
Is the label dose close to the amounts in studies?
No, the label dose is a small fraction of what most studies of these ingredients used.
The one memory pilot we found gave older adults with measured memory problems 6.4 g of arginine a day for 30 days, and the placebo group improved too (Teotia 2026, oral arginine pilot). One MemoHoney capsule has 0.4 g of arginine, about 6% of that. No study tested MemoHoney itself.
Beta alanine in sports research runs from 1.6 to 6.4 g a day, against 40 mg on the label (ISSN beta-alanine stand). Calcium in the large cognition trial was 1,000 mg with vitamin D, about 55 times the 18 mg here, and it showed no cognitive effect.
More capsules would not turn it into a studied dose.

Why not take more than one MemoHoney capsule a day?
You should not take more than one, because the label says not to exceed the dose and the extra amounts have their own cautions.
Arginine can lower blood pressure too far when it meets nitrates, sildenafil-type medicines or blood pressure medicines. It may also add to blood thinners and diabetes medicines (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine). More arginine raises that overlap. In one trial, 6 of 153 patients given arginine after a heart attack died, and none on placebo did (Schulman 2006, VINTAGE MI).
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first if you take any of those medicines or have had a heart attack. Keep taking prescribed medicine, and for chest pain, fainting or trouble breathing call 911.
New or worsening memory problems, or ones that get in the way of daily life, need a clinician. A capsule is not the answer to those. Our side effects page lists the stop-and-call signs.

What if you miss a day or want to plan your supply?
If you miss a day, the label gives no catch-up rule, so go back to one capsule at the next usual time.
Do not double up. We found no source that says making up a capsule helps.
